Tropical Storm Fay Update: August 25, 2008 5:00 p.m.
-
Regular collection schedules resume Monday August 25, 2008 for garbage, recycling, and yard waste.
-
Yard waste debris caused by Tropical Storm Fay will be cleaned up as quickly as can be accomplished. Due to the large volume of debris throughout the city, this may take several weeks. During your regular yard waste collection schedule, the City will pick up yard waste bags and containers only.
-
As soon as possible, a work crew will collect tree limbs stacked at the edge of street pavement.
-
Contractors doing yard work on private property are responsible to haul away the yard debris they produce.
The City is making every effort to minimize inconvenience during this cleanup operation and we appreciate your patience and understanding.”
