Customer Service is available by contacting 904-247-6241 or email us. We are located at 11 N. 3rd Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida, 32250, in the City Hall Building. Customer Service hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday and our drive-thru window hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm.
A 24-Hour Automated Customer Information System is provided for your convenience. You may call 904-247-6241, then select option 1 for the Automated Call Attendant. This service can be used to check your account balance, request billing and payment history, or make a payment through our Speedpay Bill Payment Service. Speedpay will assess a convenience fee of $4.95 for each transaction up to $500.
